The food and decor at OCD House win high marks, but the less said about the service, the better.

*pulls dessert slightly closer*

*maitre d' begins muttering to self and turning in circles*
*busboys blanch, huddle together trembling*
*jittery hovering waiter gently pushes dessert back*
