Drop Sir Arthur a Line
Got a few minutes? Why not pop over and wish Sir Arthur C. Clarke a happy 90th birthday? And thank him for coming up with the idea of geosynchronous communications satellites while you're at it.

Happy Birthday Sir Arthur!
I don't know if you remember me, i had the pleasure of meeting you in your home in Colombo about ten years ago ... just prior to your trip to Disneyland. I remember with pleasure your direction around your library as you were kind enough to show us (me, my wife and two friends) some fasenating things, such as your rocks from the Appolo crew and some great stories.
As I recall we wanted to take you to lunch the next time we were in Colombo but you were not feeling well at the time.
I now run a boutique hotel in the South of France and you're welcome any time.
Again, the best of birthdays and many many more.
Best regards,
John Goldenberg
